Preparation
The client provides a comprehensive explanation of the Information system process flow to be created. The client also needs to provide a specific PIC-PIC who understands certain specific processes in the system (for example technical, finance, ops, etc.) and asks them to provide input and information in the application development process.
The client provides all data (in the form of data, transactions, product photos, etc.) to be submitted to the developer.
The developer and the client sign a contract in accordance with the agreed terms of the agreement.
System Designing
The developer submits the information system design to the client.
The client provides design revisions when needed and then submits it back to the developer.
When the design has been approved by the client, the developer immediately makes it a template which will continue to the program development process.
Development
The developer will do the programming according to the approved design.
Review
The client is contacted by the developer to test the software system that has been created.
The developer will make bug-fix if errors / bugs are found by the client.
If the client has the developer prepares an information system handover letter.
If the client approved the result, the developer prepares an User Acceptance Test.
Completion
The developer provides demos and guides to client's end-user. also provide documents or tutorials on how to use software systems.
The developer also installs software systems at computers and servers that will be used by clients.
